DeVine, a civil and criminal trial lawyer for three decades in federal and state courts throughout the South before forming Vista, Mike DeVine's former private law practice specialized in state and federal criminal defense work, complex civil litigation including medical malpractice and products liability, as well as Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) challenges into the late 1990s. DeVine lobbied Congress for amendments to the FCRA which took effect in 1998 and made credit challenges easier to make. In 2001 he developed the Vista Credit Challenge Process based on those changes in federal law and has specialized in helping investors and consumers in their credit challenges ever since.

Seán Milroy, has over thirty years
experience in business and marketing. His background includes senior
executive management positions with charitable funding and fiduciary
management firms with offices in Metro New York and Central Florida. He
was instrumental in building a local charitable funding enterprise from
a small regional group to a national network operating in all fifty
States and Canada. He later served as president and CEO of a national
fiduciary management company, and also as CEO of a local commercial
mortgage holding company. He has been a corporate training
consultant, marketing consultant and motivational speaker for business
and marketing professionals across the USA and the UK. He is also
a pastor, freelance journalist, film maker, photographer, and baseball
fan.

Aaron Brussat, has more than 25 years of experience in corporate business (Financial Services, Healthcare and Automotive)
including risk management, collections, sales and marketing analytics, bench-marking and operational efficiency.
In recent years, he has driven corporate revenue and customer retention through customer and consumer segmentation, portfolio analytics, and marketing campaign analysis. In his collections and risk management experience, Aaron has seen the effects of credit damage on consumers’ quality of life and is passionate about seeing them get the help and expertise they need. He has also been involved in non-profit work that provides low-cost legal services to the marginalized.
Aaron brings a great deal of compassion and competence to the work we do at Vista. He will enable us to better serve our clients in numerous ways for consumers and our business clients in real estate, mortgage and other lenders, and automobile sales.
